Windows Activation : When you install a duplicate [downloaded or copied CD] copy of windows without it's correct or factory key, then the copy of windows is not Activated and not Genuine.
an inactivated windows works for only 30 days and you cannot avail some of it's features.Obviously activated windows fulfill these condition.
Now what is Genuine windows?
A proper copy of windows which is activated with it's factory key is genuine windows. you can make use of updates if you have genuine windows but if you have windows not genuine then you computer may slow down if you use windows automatic updates.

- Run activator as an administrator
- Then click install
